The project is designed by the renowned architect Raef Fahmi. The urban and landscape design integrates scientific, recreational, and sustainable elements to enhance the user experience and promote environmental awareness. It visually and functionally reflects the natural process of river erosion, particularly the formation of grooves and channels in rocks. The interaction between water and rocks creates a visually appealing space that reflects natural beauty.
A unique architectural language emerges sculpting distinctive forms within the landscape. The dynamic interplay between water and stone gives rise to a new design narrative shaping the land into a captivating and responsive built environment constructed on 3 floors.
